headcanon: shisui left itachi the necklace he’s always seen wearing and a note in itachi’s room to find after he committed suicide. the note said how the silver rings on the necklace not only represent the three tomoes of the sharingan, but they also represent their eternal bonds with each other that will never end, not even with death.
